The painting is just gorgeous! Moody undertones, pops of metallic and a deep colour palette with bright pops of energy and excitement fill the canvas. A statement piece with substance and depth . With the varying strengths of light landing onto the painting, highlighting and exposing the array of colours, some metallic, some matt, each area of the painting revealing its own truth when different light is shed upon it. As in life the more aware you are of your emotions, the truth of how you feel, well you can either run from it and embrace your truth to help you develop, improve and align, or run from it, hide and never live in your real truth, be in your real authenticity to its fullest. Sometimes living our truth will unintentionally upset people yet that is no reason to dim your light. It also explores the nature of relationships. When we are engaging with different people we respond and interact differently, insecurities , wounds and our experiences usually playing a part in how we perceive those and the world around us. At times we mirror people reflecting back areas of our life or character, which if worked on to improve would really benefit us; often in turn mirroring to the other aspects of their life and character that could be improved. Sometimes this can be uncomfortable and awkward to sit with yet it can also be seen as a gift to rise, if you can withstand the storms while doing the inner work I believe there is much elevation and freedom to be enjoyed through healing. I feel our healing and expansion is ongoing yet it’s beautiful to become more self aware, create healthy boundaries and to build your tool kit in managing your emotions, stress, and life in a better way. Without a doubt this piece is one of best works!
